Mike Boudousquie is responsible for the coordination of the
Construction Administration Department. This includes the management of the on-site construction activities for all projects, coordination of all field inspectors, coordination of consultant site inspections and general administration of the Construction Contract. He is responsible for reviewing and coordinating proposals, change orders, Request for Information responses, and processing close-out documents.
