many recreational facilities are used for both leisure and competition,
their design needs to provide for both without compromising
either.
The
aquatic center or athletic facility that provides space for
a wide range of recreational users also must be able to accommodate
the needs of serious competitors and spectators.
As
a result, the designer needs to consider a broad range of uses
by all the people who come to use and enjoy the facility. |
